Return & Exchange Policy – RollingHills.

At RollingHills, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to offer a stress-free shopping experience. Our return and exchange policy complies with the consumer protection regulations in Saudi Arabia to ensure your rights are protected.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

Return & Exchange Period: You may return or exchange items within 5 days from the date of receiving your order.

Item Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags attached and intact, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Discounted or sale items (unless defective), undergarments, socks, swimwear, or custom-made products due to hygiene and personalization reasons.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required to process returns and/or exchanges.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

  1.  Submit a Request: Contact us via email at info@rollinghills.co to initiate the return or exchange process.

  2. Ship the Item Back: Once your request has been duly approved, you will receive the return address. Please ensure that the concerned item is securely packaged and sent back.

  3. Inspection & Approval: Upon receiving the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  4. Refund or Exchange: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a maximum of 30 days.

If you are deemed entitled to and opt for an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped within 5 business days after internal approval.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs once it is evidenced that the issue at hand, be it a defect or incorrect item, was due to our error and not that of the customer.

If the return is due to a personal preference of any nature, or due to any reasons beyond our control, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
